I am half way of my military career and my knees are knackered, I need to start looking at civilian life, highly interested in property as i own 3 of them but now would like to do this for full time.. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated

I've been spending a lot of time looking for Rent to SA deals but having difficulty figuring out what nightly rate a property can achieve due to properties not being listed on those websites. Is there a way around this? Thanks again for all the value Samuel.

Hi Samuel, I am 20 and am looking to buy my first BTL property however I am struggling to get the finance. The property is £50,000 and will give me a 20%ROI. I have a 25% deposit however have been told by at least 5 different mortgage brokers that I wont qualify for a BTL mortgage because I am under 21, im not a homeowner and my salary is very low. Do you know any brokers or lenders who could potentially help me?
